Well, that’s a wrap.
Had a lot of fun at Left Coast Crime convention in Portland. I saw some great panels, met some great writers and hilarious people and I got to experience so-called “rain”.
But most importantly, I came home with a long list of books to read. And in a wonderful twist, many of them are by Portland-based authors and publishers.
Here are just a few that I am excited about:
- Dead Men’s Teeth by Bart Lessard
- The Least Of My Scars by Stephen Graham Jones
- The Cipher by Nick Slosser
- One Kick by Chelsea Cain
- Out There Bad by Josh Stallings
- Plaster City by Johnny Shaw
- Low Down Death Right Easy by J. David Osborne
- Dead Harvest by Chris Holm
- One For My Baby by Barry Graham
- Rock Paper Tiger by Lisa Brackmann
